### A Historic Maine Wedding Venue with a Story

The Lemont Block has stood on Maine Street in Brunswick since 1870. After decades of sitting largely unused, the building underwent an extensive restoration that preserved its historic character while introducing the modern amenities needed for weddings and events.

Today, Lemont Hall combines those two worlds. Historic windows, original architectural details, wood floors, and a restored pressed-tin ceiling give the room a sense of history, while modern lighting, climate control, elevator access, sound, and projection make the space comfortable and flexible for contemporary celebrations.

That combination allows each wedding to feel personal without losing the character that makes the building special.

### An October Celebration in Downtown Brunswick

Fall is an especially beautiful time for a wedding in Midcoast Maine, and downtown Brunswick provides a memorable setting for guests traveling from near and far.

Lemont Hall’s location directly on Maine Street puts restaurants, shops, hotels, Bowdoin College, and the rest of downtown within easy reach. Once inside the hall, couples have an open and flexible space that can be transformed around their own flowers, tablescape, music, traditions, and style.

For Kate and Jake, the result was a wedding that felt connected not only to the people celebrating with them, but also to the history and story of the place itself.
